How much does shipping cost?

• United States: .99 standard / .99 express
• Free Shipping: On orders over 0 (US), 5 (Europe), 5 (Asia Pacific)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Your shipping cost and delivery time will be calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at support@pawwilds.com.

What is your return policy?

We want you and your pup to be happy with your PawWilds gear. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@pawwilds.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Products

Are your products safe for my dog?

Absolutely. All PawWilds products are designed with your dog's safety and comfort as our top priority. We use pet-safe materials and each product undergoes quality checks before shipping.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product has a size guide in its description. For collars and harnesses, measure your dog's neck and chest girth and refer to the sizing chart. For life jackets, use your dog's weight as the primary guide.

Are the LED collars and GPS trackers waterproof?

Yes! Our LED collars are water-resistant for outdoor use in rain and splashes. GPS trackers are designed to withstand outdoor conditions but should not be submerged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Apple Pay and Google Pay coming soon!

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. Our store uses Shopify Payments and industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information.
