We want you to love your Foilgo board. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Not happy with your purchase? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included
- You must have a valid order number or proof of purchase
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been used, inflated, or assembled
- Customized or personalized items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items not purchased directly from Foilgo
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at postmaster@pawwilds.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) form
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to our return address (provided with your RA)
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refund Details
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after processing
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or model, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return necessary in most cases.
