We want you to love your Foilgo board. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns:

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Not happy with your purchase? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  2. All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included
  3. You must have a valid order number or proof of purchase

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used, inflated, or assembled
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items not purchased directly from Foilgo

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at postmaster@pawwilds.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) form
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to our return address (provided with your RA)
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after processing

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or model, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return necessary in most cases.
