30-Day Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Product must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email shalltrip@qq.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a return label
3. Pack the item and drop it off
4. Refund issued within 3-5 business days after we receive it

Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
