Import Duties & Taxes
North America: Orders under $800 ship duty-free (Section 321). Actual purchase price declared on all shipments.
Europe: VAT collected at checkout via IOSS for orders under 150 EUR. Over 150 EUR, payable upon delivery.
Asia-Pacific: Duties vary by country. SG/MY generally duty-free; PH/ID/TH may charge 10-20%.
Duty Reimbursement: If charged import duties, email us with proof and we refund 50% as store credit within 48 hours.

Returns & Exchanges
30-day return policy. Free returns for defective items; change-of-mind returns are covered by the buyer. Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
